Section 5-E2415. PROTECTION OF STUDENTS IN EXPERIMENTAL PROGRAMS

2415.1All instructional material, including teachers’ manuals, audiovisual aids, and other supplementary instructional materials that are to be used in connection with any research or experimental program or project shall be available for inspection and review by the parent or guardian of students involved in the programs or projects.

2415.2For the purpose of this section, “research or experimental program or project” shall be defined as any program or project designed to explore or develop new or unproven teaching methods, techniques, or materials.
