    3015.1The LEA shall make physical education services, specially designed if necessary, available to every child with a disability receiving FAPE.

     

    3015.2Each child with a disability must be afforded the opportunity to participate with non-disabled students in the regular physical education program unless:

     

    (a)The child is enrolled full time in a separate facility; or

     

    (b)The child needs specially designed physical education pursuant to the child's IEP.

     

    3015.3If specially designed physical education is prescribed in the child's IEP, the LEA shall provide the services directly or make arrangements for those services to be provided through an alternative public or private program.

     

    3015.4The LEA shall ensure that a child with a disability who is enrolled in a separate facility receives appropriate physical education services.
