Section 5-E909. THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

909.1The composition of and membership on the Board of Trustees shall be in accordance with section 2205 of the D.C. School Reform Act of 1995, as amended.

909.2The interim Trustees shall be listed as Trustees/Directors in the Articles of Incorporation and shall have full legal and fiduciary responsibility for the school. As changes in the composition of the Board of Trustees are made, information on such changes shall be submitted to the Board of Education within fifteen (15) days. The contract between the Board of Education and the Trustees will be amended accordingly.

909.3The Trustees shall ensure appropriate annual filing with the District of Columbia Regulatory Affairs Office.
