Section 5-E910. INTERIM BOARD OF TRUSTEES

910.1Each applicant to establish a public charter school shall establish an interim Board of Trustees prior to receiving approval by the Board of Education.

910.2Such an interim Board of Trustees may exercise all the powers, and shall be subject to all the duties of a Board of Trustees pursuant to the D.C. School Reform Act of 1995, as amended.
