Section 5-E927. ENROLLMENT OF LANGUAGE MINORITY STUDENTS

927.1The enrollment of language minority students shall be reported to the Board of Education and to the Chief Financial Officer for the District of Columbia on October 5th when the official student enrollment is reported. The enrollment of language minority students who enroll or are identified subsequent to the October 5th reporting date shall be reported not later than January 15th in order to receive the regular and supplemental funds required to educate these students.

927.2Enrollment after January 15th shall be reported in the regular April 15th membership report.
