Section 6-B603. COMPUTATION OF TIME

  • 603.1In the computation of time periods which involve business days, the first day counted shall be the next business day following the day the event occurs from which the time period begins to run. In the computation of time periods which involve calendar days, the first day counted shall be the next calendar day following the day the event occurs from which the time period begins to run. For calendar days, if the last day of the time period is a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the period shall be extended to the end of the next business day.
