Section 6-A109. COLLECTIVE BARGAINING RIGHTS

109.1Senior Police Officers shall be considered as members of the same bargaining unit as other police privates except that, as temporary employees, they shall not be entitled to any rights and/or privileges that exceed or are in conflict with the provisions of the Comprehensive Merit Personnel Act, the Redeployment Act, these rules, or any other applicable rules of the D.C. Office of Personnel governing temporary full-time or part-time workers.
