2101.1The purpose of these regulations is to implement the authority delegated to the Board and Office by establishing an effective, efficient, and fair system of independent review and resolution of complaints by the public against sworn members of the District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Department ("MPD") and covered law enforcement agencies.
