Section 6-A2102. THE BOARD

2102.1The Board shall consist of five residents of the District of Columbia, one of whom shall be a member of the MPD and four of whom shall have no current affiliation with any law enforcement authority. Members of the Board shall be uncompensated and shall serve terms of three (3) years or until a successor has been appointed, as provided by D.C. Official Code § 5-1104(b).

2102.2The Board shall meet as frequently as it determines necessary, but it shall meet at least quarterly.

2102.3A quorum for the transaction of business shall be three members of the Board.
