Section 6-A2105. STANDING TO FILE A COMPLAINT

2105.1An alleged victim, an alleged victim's legal guardian, parent or personal representative or any individual having personal knowledge of alleged officer misconduct shall have standing to file a complaint.

2105.2Complaints that are filed by someone other than the alleged victim or legal guardian, parent or personal representative of the alleged victim are not subject to conciliation or mediation unless the alleged victim also participates.
