Section 6-A306. OFFICIALS THE RANK OF CAPTAIN AND ABOVE

 

306.1A financial statement shall be submitted annually by sworn members in the grades of captain through the Chief of Police, using P.D. Form 179, (Confidential Statement of Employment and Financial Interest). P.D. Form 179 shall be prepared and submitted as required by the Chief of Police.

 

306.2In addition to an evaluation of the member's work performance the Commanding Officer shall evaluate the information on the P.O. 180-B (Employer's Agreement to Conditions of Employment), with specific attention to the following areas of concern set forth in §§ 305.3 through 305.6.
