Section 6-A412. TIME FOR REPORTING CHANGES OF INFORMATION

412.1The Agency shall determine the time and manner for the reporting of changes in registration information, but shall require that sex offenders report any change of address, or change in place of work or school attendance, prior to the change if feasible, and in any event within 3 days of the change.
