Section 6-A502. FLAGS

502.1Flags on all police department buildings shall be placed at half mast upon notification of the death of an active or retired member of the department and remain at half mast until after the funeral.

502.2Flags shall be raised on all police department buildings at 7:00 A.M. and lowered at sundown. In rainy and stormy weather old flags in good condition should be used if available; in fair weather, clean bright flags shall always be used.
