Section 6-B1007. ADDITIONAL INCOME ALLOWANCE FOR MEDICAL OFFICERS

1007.1Pursuant to § 1056 of the CMPA (D.C. Official Code § 1-610.56 (2012 Repl.)), at the discretion of the Mayor, a subordinate agency head who is required to hold a medical degree and who enters into a service agreement, may be paid an additional income allowance of up to fifteen percent (15%) of the maximum rate of pay for the level held.
