Section 6-B1202. DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY

1202.1Whenever in this chapter it is provided that a decision may be made or an action may be taken by “the Mayor,” an “agency head,” the “Director, D.C. Department of Human Resources,” a “personnel authority,” or “another designated official,” the authority to make such a decision or take such an action may be delegated to a designee, unless specifically indicated otherwise.
