Section 6-B1250. ANNUAL LEAVE BANK-GENERAL

1250.1Sections 1250 through 1258 of this chapter are promulgated to implement annual leave bank provisions in sections 1205 through 1211 of the CMPA (D.C. Official Code §§ 1-612.05 through 1-612.11 (2006 Repl.)).

1250.2The Annual Leave Bank Program is applicable to all District government employees who are entitled to accrue annual leave pursuant to section 1203 of the CMPA (D.C. Official Code § 1-612.03 (2006 Repl.)).

Department of Human Resources, with the concurrence of the City Administrator, pursuant to Mayor’s Order 2008-92, dated June 26, 2008, and in accordance with Title XII of the District of Columbia Government Comprehensive Merit Personnel Act of 1978 (CMPA), effective March 3, 1979 (D.C. Law 2-139; D.C. Official Code § 1-612.11 (2006 Repl.)).
