Section 6-B1311. PAYMENT OF TRAINING EXPENSES

 

1311.1Pursuant to § 1301(c)(2) of the CMPA (D.C. Official Code § 1-613.01(c)(2)) (2001), each personnel authority shall determine full training costs, including, but not limited to: cost to the District government for employee travel, subsistence, transportation, tuition, fees, books and related materials, and membership fees, to the extent that the fee is a necessary cost directly related to the training itself or that payment of the fee is a condition precedent for the training.

 

1311.2Full training costs pursuant to § 1311.1 shall not include compensation paid to an employee while in training status.
