Section 6-B2401. ACTIONS COVERED

2401.1Each personnel authority shall follow these regulations when releasing a competing employee from his or her competitive level when the release is required by any of the following:

(a)Lack of work;

(b)Shortage of funds;

(c)Reorganization or realignment; or

(d)The exercise of restoration rights as provided in 38 U.S.C. § 2021 et seq.
