    3122.1All appeals of decisions by a Federal official regarding disclosure, access, or amendment of Federal records shall be made in accordance with the appeals provisions of Federal regulations.

     

    3122.2Appeals of decisions made in response to a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act shall be made as specified in subsections 3110.5 through 3110.7 of this chapter.

     

    3122.3An appeal of a decision rendered pursuant to sections 3114 through 3121 of this chapter shall be initiated by a "Request for Administrative Review" as set forth in section 3121 of this chapter.

     

    3122.4An appeal of a decision made in an administrative review may be made by initiating an action in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia in accordance with D.C. Code § 1-1527(a).
