Section 6-B419. TRAFFIC RECORD CHECKS - GENERAL PROVISIONS

    419.1As a condition of employment, each individual subject to a traffic record check shall execute an acknowledgement and consent to the checks required by this chapter. 

     

    419.2The program administrator shall be responsible for conducting traffic record checks pursuant to the provisions in this chapter, and for developing internal operating procedures for conducting the checks.

     

    419.3For the purposes of this chapter, traffic record checks shall be obtained from the traffic records maintained by the individual’s local motor vehicle administration.
