Section 6-B551. RECORDING OF HEARINGS

    551.1When a hearing is directed by the Board, the Board shall make arrangements for the hearing to be recorded by stenographic or other means that adequately preserves the record. The parties may order transcripts and shall bear the cost of any transcripts that they order. Transcripts shall be available for review at the Boards offices upon appropriate arrangements being made.
