Section 6-B567. AMENDMENT TO RULES

    567.1Whenever the Board deems amendment of these rules to be in the public interest, it shall give notice of the proposed amendments to all labor organizations and personnel authorities of the District of Columbia Government. Copies of the proposed amendments shall be posted as appropriate and published in the D.C. Register.

     

    567.2Any interested person may petition the Board in writing for amendments to any portion of the rules and regulations and provide specific proposed language together with a statement of grounds in support of the amendment.

     

    567.3Any person desiring to comment on a proposed amendment may do so within the time specified by the Board in the Notice of the proposed amendment. Comments shall be in writing and shall meet the requirements of § 501, or as otherwise stated in the Notice.
