Section 6-B846. EVALUATIONS AND INVESTIGATIONS

846.1A personnel authority or other authorized agency may investigate allegations of violations of law and these regulations, and may order appropriate action, including action pursuant to chapter 16 of these regulations against a person found to be responsible for a violation.

846.2A personnel authority may conduct program monitoring and evaluation of the administration of the Career Service and compliance with law and these regulations.
