Section 7-116. COST-OF-LIVING ADJUSTMENT OF COMPENSATION

    116.1Claimants receiving indemnity compensation for TTD, PTD, LWEC, or death benefits under this chapter shall receive cost-of-living increases whenever a cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) is awarded to District employees pursuant to D.C. Official Code §§ 1-611.05 and 1-611.06 (2006 Repl. & 2012 Supp.).  The percentage amount and effective date of the COLA shall be the same as for any COLA granted under those sections of the Code.
