Section 7-1605. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

1605.1The Executive Director is designated as the Chief Contracting Officer for the Board. The Executive Director is authorized to enter into, administer, terminate and otherwise manage contracts subject to any threshold amounts established by the Board.
1605.2The Executive Director shall determine the qualifications of Contracting Officers and may delegate contracting authority in whole or in part to one (1) or more Contracting Officers. Such delegation shall be in writing specifying the limits of the authority granted.
