Section 7-1615. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

1615.1The Board will endeavor to include opportunities for the participation of eligible local and small business enterprises in its contracting and procurement activities.

1615.2Pursuant to the requirements applicable to the receipt of federal grants and other financial assistance, the Board will implement programs designed to increase participation by federally-designated business enterprises.

1615.3A Business Development Plan implementing these programs will be in the Procurement Manual.
