Section 7-2006. MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY

2006.1Each agency shall be responsible for the maintenance of a motor vehicle safety program which will include the following:

(a)Driver identification cards;

(b)Physical examinations;

(c)Driver training, including annual refresher and remedial courses; and

(d)A preventive maintenance program to ensure that vehicles are in safe condition.
