Section 7-225. COMPENSATION ORDERS ISSUED WITHOUT A FORMAL HEARING

225.1The Director shall provide for review of a compensation order issued by the Office without a hearing in the manner set forth in §230 of this chapter.
225.2All interested parties shall be notified of the decision of the Director and of their right to seek judicial review of the final agency action.
225.3If a substantial question of law or fact prevents the Director from affirming, the compensation order shall be set aside and the case remanded to the Office for further development based on specific findings of deficiencies in the compensation order. On remand, the Office may receive additional evidence and shall issue a new compensation order addressing the specific deficiencies.
