Section 7-2525. PETITION FOR RECONSIDERATION

2525.1A petition for reconsideration, rehearing or reargument may be filed by an applicant within fifteen (15) days after the receipt of the Retirement Board's decision.

2525.2Neither the filing nor the granting of a petition shall operate as a stay of a final order unless specifically ordered by the Retirement Board.

2525.3A stay shall be granted only upon good cause, which shall consist of unusual or exceptional circumstances.
