Section 7-2529. FINAL ADMINISTRATIVE REMEDY

2529.1The final action of the Board in cases coming before it shall constitute the final administrative action within the District of Columbia Government, except in matters and cases of Police and Fire Chiefs, whose cases shall be decide by the Mayor.

2529.2An appeal from final administrative action, including a decision of the Mayor, may be taken to the District of Columbia Court of Appeals within the time periods as are specified in the rules of the Court.
