Section 7-254. CONFLICT OF INTEREST

    254.1During any period in which the Chief Administrative Appeals Judge and other members serve on the Board, they shall be subject to conflict of interest and other appropriate ethical restraints.

     

    254.2Notice of any objection which a party may have to any Board member participating in a proceeding governing the disposition of the party's appeal shall be made by such party at the earliest opportunity but in no event later than the date that the case is assigned to a Review Panel under section 262.1 of this Chapter.

     

    254.3The Board member shall consider such objection and shall, in his or her discretion, either proceed with the case or withdraw.
