Section 7-257. FILINGS WITH THE BOARD

Latest version.

257.1Filings with the Board of any permitted pleading, including the Application for Review, shall be deemed effective upon actual receipt by the Office of the Clerk.

257.2Filings will be accepted by U.S. mail, commercial overnight delivery, inter-governmental mail, or personal delivery.

257.3Submission of documents, including the Application for Review, by facsimile (fax) transmission or e-mail does not constitute filing and shall not be accepted for filing.
