Section 7-302. OFFICE OF UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION

302.1In accordance with Reorganization Plan No. 1 of 1980, the Director administers the Act through the Office of Unemployment Compensation.

302.2Office hours shall be established by the Director and shall be posted and made known to all employers and employees subject to the provisions of the Act.

302.3The Director shall consider a document timely filed when the transmitting envelope bears a postmark of not later than midnight of the day specified for the filing.
