Section 7-310. JUDICIAL REVIEW OF FINAL DECISIONS

310.1After the final decision of the Director, an aggrieved party may petition the District of Columbia Court of Appeals for review of the final administrative action.

310.2A petition for review shall be filed within fifteen (15) days after the actual delivery of the decision or after the mailing of the decision to the appellant's last known address.
