Section 7-410. ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATION

410.1At the time of enrollment, each youth participant shall meet the following requirements:

(a)Be fourteen (14) through twenty-one (21) years of age inclusive; and

(b)Be a resident of Washington, D.C.
