Section 7-508. REPORTING

508.1The Director shall establish reporting systems, which shall include the following:

(a)The data on the criteria for determining the eligibility of youth;

(b)The method used in selection of participants;

(c)The job skills acquired; and

(d)The placement objectives achieved for assessment of participants.

508.2Employers shall be required to cooperate in the reporting activity of §508.1.
