805.1The Director shall provide monitoring of and technical assistance to participating service deliverers utilizing departmental staff in carrying out the Department's responsibilities under the Training and Retraining for Employment Program (TREP).

805.2Monitoring shall include the periodic visitation and review of service deliverers programs.
