Section 7-903. GRATUITIES

903.1The employer shall advise the employee of provisions as they relate to determining wages based on gratuities and an employer taking a gratuity allowance from the wage of an employee shall have the burden of proving the employee received gratuities at least as much as the gratuity allowance taken.
