Section 8-A104. VICE CHAIRPERSON AND CHAIRPERSON PRO TEMPORE

104.1The Vice Chairperson shall assume the duties and privileges of the Chairperson in the absence of or at the request of the Chairperson.

104.2In the absence of both the Chairperson and the Vice Chairperson, the Chairperson shall appoint a Chairperson pro tempore from among the members of the Board to assume the duties of the Chairperson.
