Section 8-A1208. MANDATORY RETIREMENT AGE

    1208.1The mandatory retirement age shall be seventy (70) years of age for for all employees, except as provided otherwise in this section.

     

    1208.2The Board of Governors may, by majority vote upon recommendation of the Dean, allow an individual employee to continue in service to the School of Law beyond the mandatory retirement age when the extension would be in the best interests of the School of Law.

     

    1208.3An extension shall be made for a specific period not to exceed one (1) year. The Board may grant one (1) or more additional extensions, upon the recommendation of the Dean.
