Section 8-A2104. BOARD BRIEFINGS ON NEGOTIATIONS

2104.1The Board's chief negotiator shall provide briefing sessions for the Board on the ongoing status of negotiations.

2104.2Briefings shall be held during closed sessions of the Board and shall be held monthly or more frequently at the request of the Board.

2104.3After any closed briefing session, the Board may direct the chief negotiator to hold a public briefing session on any aspect of the negotiations.
