Section 8-A2559. NOISE CONTROL ACT OF 1977

2559.1The contracting officer shall include a clause in each solicitation and contract which requires compliance with the provisions of the D.C. Noise Control Act of 1977 (D.C. Law 2-53, 20 DCMR §3000 et seq.) and the regulations set forth in Title 20 DCMR. The clause shall clearly state that the requirements of the clause are applicable to both contractors and subcontractors.
