Section 8-A325. VETERANS EDUCATION AND TRAINING

325.1The Dean shall negotiate, execute, and sign in the name of the Board all contracts and renewals of existing contracts between the School of Law and the United States Veterans Administration or other agencies of the United States government with respect to the education of veterans and other programs under the provisions of Public Laws 78-16 and 78-346, as amended, and other laws passed by the Congress providing for the education and training of veterans.

325.2The Dean or the Dean's designee shall submit certified vouchers for payment to the Veterans Administration or other appropriate agencies of the U.S. government for services rendered under the provisions of contracts entered into pursuant to this section.

325.3Checks drawn on the Treasury of the United States of America to pay for services shall be made payable to the School of Law and mailed directly to the finance office of the School of Law.
