Section 8-A512. MANDATORY HEALTH INSURANCE

512.1The Dean shall provide for a program of mandatory health insurance coverage for all students.

512.2A student who maintains health insurance coverage under a personal or family health insurance policy at least equivalent to the mandatory health insurance coverage provided under this section may be granted a waiver from mandatory coverage under this section upon presentation of proof of coverage satisfactory to the Dean or the Dean's designee.
