Section 8-B1120. OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT

1120.1An employee may accept employment with another organization outside of his or her normal tour of duty hours if that outside employment does not constitute a conflict of interest with the employee's duties or responsibilities at the University.

1120.2Outside employment shall be approved by the employee's immediate supervisor and the appropriate vice president.
