Section 8-B115. PUBLICATIONS AND REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION

    115.1The President shall respond to all requests for information made to the Board on behalf of the Board.  This includes, but is not limited to, requests for information from members of the public, requests for information from District or federal agencies, and requests made under the Freedom of Information Act.

     

    115.2The President shall make all public Board resolutions, minutes, agendas, and other accompanying materials available to members of the public upon request.  The President may deny any request for information made under this Section if such denial would be permissible in the case of a request under the D.C. Freedom of Information Act, as provided in D.C. Official Code § 2-534 (2001 ed.).

     

    115.3Documents produced under Section 115.2 shall be provided to the requestor via electronic mail, free of cost, if the documents are available in electronic medium.  The President is authorized to develop fees for the production of records in other formats, provided that such fees shall not exceed the fees applicable to similar requests under the Freedom of Information Act, D.C. Official Code § 2-531, et seq.
