Section 8-B1201. SALARY ADMINISTRATION POLICY

    1201.1The salary administration policies set forth in this chapter shall be implemented to provide uniform, fair salary practices throughout the University.

     

    1201.2Each employee shall be paid fairly in relation to other positions within the University and at a level which is reasonably competitive with salaries paid for similar positions in similar organizations.

     

    1201.3University administrators and the staff of the Office of Personnel Management and Development shall utilize the salary administration policies set forth in this chapter as a consistent reference source upon which to base personnel actions within the limits of their authority to achieve effective salary application and cost control.
