Section 8-B1322. OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH

1322.1The University shall establish and maintain a comprehensive program of occupational safety and health management in accordance with all applicable federal and District standards, codes, and regulations.

1322.2The program shall encompass all aspects of the total work environment of the University, and shall include, but not be limited to, employee safety and health, fire safety, and motor vehicle safety.
