    1468.1Each applicant shall be notified in writing of the recommendation of the Tenure Committee.

     

    1468.2If an applicant is not recommended for tenure, the Tenure Committee shall send in writing the supporting reasons for the denial to the applicant by registered mail, return receipt requested, at the applicant's last known address.

     

    1468.3Simultaneously with the notification of the applicant, the Committee shall forward its recommendations and the supporting reasons, based on the evidence for affirmation or denial of tenure, to the Vice President for Academic Affairs through the Dean of the college.
