Section 8-B1610. EMPLOYEES REPORTING TO THE PRESIDENT OR A VICE PRESIDENT

1610.1In all instances where the President is the first or second line supervisor, the employee's appeal rights shall terminate with the President whose decision shall be final, subject to any right of the employee to appeal to the Office of Employee Appeals.

1610.2In all instances where a vice president is the employee's first level supervisor, the employee's appeal shall terminate with the President whose decision shall be final.

1610.3In cases where the vice president is the second level supervisor, the employee's appeal rights shall terminate with the vice president.
